There is a two hour minimum plus the farm call- unless you
choose to truck into Bobcat Farm.
No minimum required-

Farm Call = Travel time.
When gas is $2.00 a gallon these are the farm call
rates...
Less than 1/2 hour away $15.00
30 min. $30.00
45 min. $45.00
I hour away from my farm farm call is $60.00
When gas is 4.00 a gallon
1 hour away is $80.00
30 min is 40.00
You get the picture.
(A few years back when gas soared from $2.00- $4.00 a
gallon similar to 2011 my vet's farm call went from $40.00 -
60.00) I'm only 20 minutes away. When gas went back to $2.00
they never reduced the farm call back to $40.00. I did, and
I will again.
At $2.00 a gallon
The rate for 1 1/2 hour away from me is $100.00 Farm Call
with a 2 1/2 hour minimum training session. The rate for 2
hours from me - say Concord NH or Brewster MA is 150.00 Farm
Call with a 4 hour minimum training session I can train 1 -
4 horses during my visit.
Example gas at $2.00 a gallon, you live in CT it takes me
and hour to get to your place. I charge you $70.00 per hour
that's $140.00 for two hours of me working with you and your
horse, plus $60.00 farm call - Grand total $200.00. 2 hours
away $150.00 farm call as I will be in my truck for 4 hours
total driving time. This will require a 4 hour minimum so
call some friends! Each person can pay $70.00 for and hour
and split the FC five ways.

Because of the nature of my job, traveling throughout New
England, I require a 72 hour notice if you need to cancel
(to avoid a $30.00 cancellation fee.) This needs to be done
by telephone, cell (508) 479-5266. Please do NOT e-mail me
with changes or cancellations. I do NOT have a secretary
manning my computer. If you cancel for any personal reason,
even with the 72 hour notice, I do understand but I will now
require the full amount prepaid by check sent to my
address for our future training session, before I will
reschedule your appointment. I guarantee your money's worth!
I appreciate your business and I arrive promptly at the
time we have scheduled. If I run more than 15 minutes late,
which is rare, I will phone you. I know you have a busy
schedule as well.
OR...
If YOU would like to spend the time and $ on the road,
you and your horse can choose to come to my farm for a
training session at $70.00 hr. No minimum required.
NOTE: Split the
Training Session
Give me a call ahead of time for your appointment. I may
have another training job in your area and you can reduce my
travel fee for you and someone in your general vicinity.
NOTE:
I am licensed by the state of MA and carry
liability insurance with Farm Family. Please check out my

our visit/s.
